Navigating the world as an emerging adult can often feel overwhelming. Balancing the demands of school/work, maintaining strong relationships with friends and romantic partners, managing family expectations, and attempting to nurture hobbies and a social life can be an intense combination of stressors. It’s understandable that you may be finding yourself feeling anxious, depressed, burnt out, or unfulfilled. I work with young adults ages 18-30 who are looking to better understand themselves, reduce levels of stress and anxiety, build and maintain healthy relationships, and heal from past painful experiences.

For many, starting therapy can feel daunting and anxiety-provoking. It can be hard to imagine sharing your most vulnerable self with someone you’ve never met. I emphasize building strong relationships with my clients and move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. Utilizing warmth, empathy, authenticity, and often humor, I help my clients identify and work through the factors that are holding them back from living their happiest and healthiest lives.
